Use guides when you want to complete a task. This section keeps the existing guide/ paths, but the reading order follows Diátaxis: first-run tutorials first, then task how-tos, then links to reference facts when you need exact details.

If you need the exact platform or runtime support contract, use Support Scope instead of this index.

First run#

• Start Here — learn what Sero is, who the public beta is for, and what to read next.
• Get Sero Running — follow the first-run tutorial to install the packaged beta or use the source-build path for development.
• Installation / Requirements — check supported install paths, local prerequisites, and setup requirements.

Workspace and runtime tasks#

• Choose a Workspace Runtime — decide when to use the default Host runtime or explicitly choose a container runtime.
• Workspaces and Chat — open workspaces, start sessions, use chat, and navigate the command menu.
